All orders will be shipped via UPS, Fed Ex or USPS Priority
Payments- We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, Master Card & Pay Pal . Secure processing

*Please note all made to order items such as bedding, mattresses and furniture will be charged to your card at time of order.

Processing Time

Most orders will ship within 2-4 business days. However some orders may take up to 7 days.  We will notify you if your item is out of stock and of any delays.

Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.


Standard Shipping Time
Once shipped Transit time is usually 3 - 7 business days depending on where you want the package delivered.


USA Standard Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of check out according to your order total as follows:

 0 - $99  Flat rate Standard shipping - $5.95

Free Shipping On All orders over $100.00 - Excludes Furniture (Shipping to the US Only (lower 48 states)

* Because of their heavy weight, some orders for larger items such as furniture will need shpping calculated separately. You can contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing your furniture order or you can place your order and we will contact you with the shipping costs for approval.

 Please be specific of which products you would like to purchase and a delivery zip code so we can give you an accurate quote


Tax - New York customers will be charged sales tax.

Sending a Gift - If you would like a gift card placed in with your order just put the information in the comments box at checkout and we will be happy to include your message on a gift card.


Refunds on Product Returns
We will be happy to refund you for your order if you choose to return your order within 30 days of receipt. The items MUSTbe un-used and in good re-sellable condition. You will be refunded for the full cost of the items. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Be sure to E-Mail  for return instructions. Should the return be due to an error on our part, you will receive a replacement, or be refunded in full. Damaged or missing item claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please send us an E-Mail to make arrangements for refunds or damage claims. All returns must be approved prior to return.
* There will be a  25% re-stocking fee on all made to order organic bedding items and furniture. 

*Mattresses cannot be returned for a refund. Please see  Naturepedic's 120 Day Comfort Exchange Policy.
