Shipping & Returns
All orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail ,
Parcel Post , UPS Ground or Fed Ex
Payments- We accept major credit cards
(Visa, Master Card) which are processed securely through Card Services
International. We also accept Pay Pal . If using Pay Pal you do not
need a Pay Pal account to complete your order.
If you would prefer to pay by check or money order or place your credit card
order over the phone you can reach us at( 845) 313-2371.
*Please note all made to order items such as bedding and
furniture will be charged to your card at time of order.
Processing Time
Your order will usually ship within 3-4 business days if
in stock, but may take up to 2 weeks for some orders & out of
stock items. We will notify you of out of stock items and of any delays.
Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Standard Shipping Time
Once shipped Transit time is usually 3
- 7 business days depending on where you want the package delivered.

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of check out according to your
order total as follows:

* Because of their heavy weight, some orders for larger items and
multiple amounts of cleaning products in one order may require additional shipping charges.
If your order contains both bulk cleaning products and other items you will
still be charged our regular shipping fees for the other items ordered. The
bulk cleaning supplies have shipping included already.
Tax - New York customers will be charged 7.5% sales tax.
Sending a Gift - If you would like a gift card placed in with your
order just put the information in the comments box at checkout and we will
be happy to include your message on a gift card.
Refunds
on Product Returns
We will be happy to refund you for your order if you choose to return your
order within 7 days of receipt. The items MUST be un-used and in
good re-sellable condition. You will be refunded for the cost of the items
less shipping. Be sure to E-Mail support@naturescrib.com for
return instructions. Should the return be due to an error on our part, you
will receive a replacement, or be refunded in full. Damaged or missing item
claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please send us
an E-Mail to make arrangements for refunds or damage claims. All returns
must be approved prior to return.
* There will be a 25% re-stocking fee on all made to order organic
bedding items and furniture.

receive email from the company, the company agrees to have a simple
unsubscribe option available, along with unsubscribe instructions in every
